    The Online Courses include audio and video lecture with a pdf workbook.

  • WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE WORKBOOK?

    The workbook is a downloadable tool to help you follow along with the content of the course. It may have inspirational quotes, journal prompts, psychoeducation, statistics, tools, skills to practice, and more. These are used to help you develop and then master the content in the online course.

On the other hand, Therapy is a professional relationship with in depth individualized goals, interventions, feedback, and support.
    • The Online Courses are not an appropriate substitute for therapeutic treatment, a therapeutic relationship, or formal medical or mental health care.
  • WHAT IF I AM IN THERAPY, CAN I TAKE THE ONLINE COURSE?

    Yes! Many clients come into therapy after taking the online course and want to go deeper into their own beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Other clients come into therapy and enjoy course material as homework between sessions.
